Laboratories: a. Prepare an inventory of equipment, tools, and software available in the departmental laboratories. b. Ensure proper operation, safety, and maintenance of devices by coordinating with lab supervisors. c. Plan for sustainability and development of labs and determine infrastructure/software/hardware needs. Submit a report to the Department Chair if necessary. Classrooms: a. Evaluate and ensure the suitability of classrooms for instructional purposes, identify needs, and report findings to the Department Chair annually. b. Monitor the availability and functionality of teaching tools such as overhead projectors, boards, and projection screens.

Department Website: a. Organize and update the department's website content. b. Ensure that news about meetings, seminars, symposiums, social projects, and other significant department events and achievements are published on the website. c. Evaluate the website regularly and submit the assessment report to the Department Chair. d. Conduct research and provide guidance on implementing new communication tools and technologies. Surveys: a. Ensure broader participation and faster data collection in survey studies. b. Analyze survey results and report findings to the relevant committees and the Department Chair.
