Graduation Project has two parts as Graduation Project I and Graduation Project II. Both of them are two separate courses. However, in order to admit Graduation Project II, a passing grade is requiren for Graduation Project I.

Graduation Project I is mainly a design project.

Graduate Project II is a realization project. In Graduation Project II, Students develope and build up a prototype of the project they designed in Graduation Project I.

GRADUATION PROJECT PROCESS GUIDE

1) Download and read Graduation Project Implementation Guide (.PDF)

2) Download and read the file APPENDIX-1_EXPLANATIONS (.PDF)

3) Select your project topic Project Topics (.PDF)

4) Learn who is your project supervisor

5) See your project supervisor and establish your project team

6) Develop a project idea and start your literature search related to the idea.

7) Use the sample file to get some ideas about how to write a project proposal for TUBITAK 2209/A-B type projects. (GO TO SAMPLE FILE)

8) Download Graduation Project Template file and all related files and keep them in a safe storage.

9) Complete Graduation Project I and write it in complience with the Graduation Project Template(.PDF) file

10) Check your propject book using ANNEX 7.

11) If it is fine, submit Graduation Project I book on time using the submission interface

12) Make your project presentation according to the Schedule done by the Department office

13) Graduation Project I book and presentation will be evaluated by the jury according to APPENDIX - 01. Graduation Project Evaluation Form-1

14) If you got a passing grade, then continue to work on Graduation Project II. Otherwise you have to repeat Graduation Project I.

15) Comlete Graduation Project II.

16) Check your Graduation Project II book using ANNEX 8.

17) If it is fine, submit Graduation Project II book on time using the submission interface

18) Make your project presentation according to the Schedule posted by the Department office

19) Graduation Project II book, project exibition, poster and overall presentation will be evaluated by the jury according to APPENDIX - 02. Graduation Project Evaluation Form-2

20) If you got a passing grade, then we congradulate you for your successfull completion of the Graduation Project.
